Mesh back keeps you cool during humid summer stints
Had a bonded leather chair before that peeled and got boiling hot. The C19 mesh is taut, springy and does not sag. The seat depth slider is crucial if you have long legs—lets you support your thighs without cutting off circulation behind the knees.
Lumbar curve hits exactly the right spot
The lower back support has height and depth adjustment. You can dial it in to support your lumbar spine without feeling like there is a hard plastic brick shoved against your back.
Excellent ergonomics, armrest caps could be slightly softer
The synchronous tilt and recline tension are magnificent. My posture is 100x better. Only minor nitpick is the 3D armrest pads are a firmer polyurethane rather than soft foam, but they adjust in all 3 planes nicely.
Intuitive pictorial controls under the seat
Unlike other task chairs where you have 5 cryptic levers and no idea which one tilts what, the C19 has clear embossed diagrams on the paddles. Set it up once and it just fits.
